We provide Sports Recovery Massage, Soft/Deep Tissue Massage, Active Release Techniques, and Swedish Massage. Sports Massage: To decrease swelling associated with prolonged activity or injuries. Active Release: Effective in treating a variety of conditions and soft tissue injuries secondary to overuse, weight lifting, or sport-related events. Deep Tissue (DTM): Deep tissue massage is commonly utilized for recovery from sport-related events and other injuries. DTM has also been shown to relieve pain, decrease stress, reduce muscle tension, and lower high blood pressure. DTM can provide relief for conditions such as chronic low back pain, neck pain, headaches, as well as pain and fatigue associated with fibromyalgia or cancer. Min-Moderate Pressure (STM): Soft tissue massage has numerous health benefits including improved muscular flexibility and circulation, decreased muscular tension, and enhanced quality of sleep. Swedish (relaxation): Includes 5 different techniques: Effleurage, Friction, Petrissage, Tapotement, Vibration. Each techniques aims to reduce muscle tension and decrease pain via loosening, warming, soothing, and stimulating blood flow to your muscles.
